2. Information we collect
(1) Account information used to log in
GitHub: username, public profile, languages of public repositories
LINE: display name, profile image (we do not collect your email address)
Google: name, profile image
(2) Information you enter: profile, recruitments, applications, consultations, messages
(3) Service numbers: if you connect Google Analytics, only aggregated numbers such as DAU and member count. We do not collect data about individual users.
(4) Usage records: access date and time, IP address, device and browser information, cookies
3. How we use it
- Creating accounts and logging in
- Providing recruitment, application and team features
- Notifications through the LINE official account and the site
- Building the ranking and verifying numbers
- Preventing misuse and answering inquiries
- Improving the Service with statistics that cannot identify individuals
4. Sharing with others
We do not provide your information to third parties except with your consent or as required by law.
Note that when you apply, your profile and application message reach the Leader of that recruitment.
5. Service providers and overseas companies
We entrust information, to the extent necessary, to providers for servers and delivery (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare), login (GitHub, LINE, Google) and notifications (LINE).
Some of them are located overseas.
6. Cookies and external transmission
For analytics (Google Analytics), we send the pages viewed, device information and a cookie ID to Google LLC. The purpose is to understand how the Service is used and improve it.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Security measures
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), limit who can view information, and keep operation logs.
8. Disclosure, correction and deletion
We respond to requests from you for disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion in accordance with the law.

9. Retention period
After you withdraw, we keep your information for 90 days to prevent misuse, then delete it.
This excludes information we are required by law to keep.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change it, we will announce it on the Service.
