- Signing up, recruiting and applying are all free.
- Recruitments that ask for money, harassment and false numbers are banned.
- If an application gets no reply for 7 days, it closes automatically.
- What happens inside a team is decided by its members.
Article 1: About these terms
These terms set out how to use "Kumiship" (the "Service"), provided by the Kumiship Operations Office ("we"), and the agreement between people who use it ("Users") and us.
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 2: Registration
1. You register with a GitHub, LINE or Google account.
2. Minors must obtain a guardian's consent before registering.
3. One person may not create multiple accounts.
Article 3: Managing your account
Please manage the external account you use to log in yourself.
We are not liable for damage caused by use of your account by a third party, except where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 4: Recruiting and applying
1. People who write a recruitment ("Leaders") must describe it accurately.
2. If an application gets no reply for 7 days, it closes automatically and the applicant is notified.
3. Leaders decide whether to accept or pass. We do not review their reasons.
Article 5: Activity within teams
Roles within a team, rights to what you make and how revenue is shared should be decided among members.
We do not take part in agreements within a team. To avoid trouble later, we recommend keeping a record of what you decide, for example in your chat.
Article 6: Ideas and confidentiality
People who agreed to confidentiality for a "Visible after approval" recruitment must not disclose what they learn in the team without the Leader's permission.
Article 7: Ranking numbers
1. "Verified" numbers are taken automatically from analytics; "Self-reported" numbers are entered by the team.
2. You must not enter numbers that differ from the facts.
3. If a number looks doubtful, we may ask for evidence or remove the entry from the ranking.
Article 8: Prohibited acts
The following are prohibited.
(1) Recruitments that ask for money, such as participation or registration fees
(2) Recruitments or posts made only to advertise or solicit
(3) Harassment and discriminatory remarks
(4) Publishing another person's personal information without their consent
(5) Infringing others' rights, such as copyrights and trademarks
(6) Impersonation and false career claims
(7) Anything against the law or public order and morals
(8) Interfering with the operation of the Service
Article 9: Content you post
You keep the rights to the text and images you post.
However, we may use them free of charge to the extent needed to display and introduce them within the Service.
Article 10: Suspension
If you violate these terms, we may hide your posts or suspend your account without prior notice.
Article 11: Withdrawal
You can withdraw at any time from the settings screen.
After withdrawing, your profile and posts are no longer visible.
Your name in team records is shown as "Withdrawn user".
How your information is handled after withdrawal is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 12: Changes and end of service
After giving notice in advance, we may change or end the Service.
Article 13: Scope of liability
We are not liable for trouble arising from interactions between Users or team activity.
This does not apply where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 14: Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we will announce the changes and the start date on the Service before that date.
Article 15: Governing law and court
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
The Tokyo District Court is the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court of first instance for disputes about the Service.
